Terms of Service

FateForge provides chart calculations, traditional symbolic content, and AI-assisted readings for entertainment, self-reflection, and general reference. Features, availability, and output formats may change, be interrupted, or contain errors.

The current service supports Auth0 login with Google or email. Chart profiles and some reading history may still be stored locally in this browser and may be lost when data is cleared, private browsing is used, or devices are changed.

FateForge may offer one-time credit packs or other paid services. Before purchase, the actual charge amount, credit balance, renewal status, refund terms, and unused-credit handling will be shown; an order is created only after you actively confirm payment.

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or harmful activity; disrupt its operation; bypass access controls; or submit another person's personal information without permission.

Readings are for entertainment and general reference. They are not factual predictions or medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Important decisions should rely on real-world evidence, your judgment, and qualified professionals.

Rights in the platform brand, interface, code, and proprietary content belong to FateForge or the relevant rights holders. You retain any rights you lawfully hold in submitted content and permit us to process it only to provide the service. AI outputs may be inaccurate or non-unique, and no exclusive rights are guaranteed.

We may restrict access for security concerns, abuse, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and clear local data at any time. There is currently no paid balance to refund.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the service operator, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Please first try to resolve a dispute through [email protected]; unresolved disputes may be handled by a forum with lawful jurisdiction.
