Terms of Service
FateForge is operated by Unvera LLC (“FateForge” or “we”). By using FateForge, signing in, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We try to state the rules clearly: FateForge is a computation-based, AI-assisted life-pattern atlas for reflection and entertainment—not a professional-advice service.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms form an agreement between you and Unvera LLC, the operator of FateForge. By visiting the site, creating an account, signing in, using charts or analysis, starting checkout, buying credits, or otherwise using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FateForge.
2. For Reflection and Entertainment Only
FateForge provides computation-based, AI-assisted traditional-culture, symbolic, and educational content for reflection, learning, and entertainment only. Depending on the feature, a rules engine may first compute a chart or structured information, after which a large-language model may help explain or narrate it. FateForge is not a prediction guarantee, scientific assessment, professional judgment, or real-world action order. Birth data accuracy, calendar type, location, and relationship context can affect outputs.
3. Not Professional Advice
FateForge does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, psychological, relationship, immigration, employment, emergency, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions. For health, safety, legal, financial, or other significant matters, consult qualified professionals or emergency services.
4. User Inputs and AI Outputs
Your inputs remain yours. You allow FateForge to process, store, transmit, display, and use those inputs as reasonably necessary to provide analysis and chat, keep history you can revisit, handle payments and support, protect the service, and improve reliability.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsettling, outdated, unsuitable, or inconsistent. Do not submit third-party personal data unless you have permission or another lawful basis. You may use outputs for personal purposes, but do not present them as FateForge’s professional endorsement.
5. Accounts and Acceptable Use
FateForge is for users 18 and older. You must protect your account and must not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, harass others, submit unlawful content, evade limits, commit fraud, abuse payments, resell access, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, unlawful use, payment abuse, security risk, or Terms violations.
Chart profiles and some history may remain in the current browser and may be lost when data is cleared, private browsing is used, or devices change.
6. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
FateForge may offer one-time credit packs or other paid services. Before checkout, we show the amount charged, credit quantity, whether auto-renewal applies, refund terms, and unused-credit handling; an order is created only after you actively confirm payment. The current offer focus is one-time digital purchases without auto-renewal; if subscriptions are offered later, renewal and cancellation rules will be disclosed before purchase.
Eligible refund requests should be submitted through the account page or hello@fateforge.me with a reason. Refunds are generally limited to unused credits, duplicate charges, failed access, mistaken purchases, or cases required by law. Used credits, consumed reports, and digital access that has already delivered service value are usually non-refundable. Abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
7. Privacy and Data Processing
Your use of FateForge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in clearer detail which information is used for analysis, chat, account access, payments, support, security, analytics, and AI generation—and when vendors help process that information.
8. Intellectual Property
Except for your inputs, FateForge owns the platform, software, design, templates, brand, documentation, and service content. You may use outputs for personal purposes under these Terms, but you may not copy, resell, scrape, or use FateForge content or systems to build a competing dataset or service without permission.
9. Disclaimer, Liability, and Disputes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FateForge makes no warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, data-loss, decision-based, reliance-based, or professional-advice-related damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without limiting mandatory consumer rights. For disputes, first contact hello@fateforge.me so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
10. Updates and Contact
Unvera LLC may update these Terms. Material privacy changes will receive reasonable notice and will not silently expand prior privacy permissions retroactively. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: hello@fateforge.me.
