Privacy Policy
FateForge is operated by Unvera LLC (“FateForge” or “we”). Your birth details, chart inputs, prompts, and chat content can be personal. We use them only for FateForge service purposes under this policy: generating results, keeping history you may want to revisit, improving the experience, securing the service, providing support, and meeting legal or billing obligations. Necessary vendors may process related data for those purposes as needed. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you use the FateForge website, accounts, charts and analysis, AI readings and chat, payment and credit flows, history, support, and related services. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the service.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the categories of information needed to run the product. This may include:
Account information such as email, display name, login-provider identifiers, and authentication metadata held by our identity provider; analysis information such as birth date, birth time, city, timezone, gender, chart parameters, prompts, chat content, reports, relationship compatibility inputs, and birth profiles or history stored in your browser; payment and access records such as billing customer identifiers, one-time credit-pack purchases, credit ledger entries, refund requests, and fulfillment status; and service data such as feedback, support emails, referral attribution, necessary cookies, first-party product analytics events, device/browser/performance data, and truncated request previews or AI usage metrics needed for operations.
We do not ask for government ID numbers, full card numbers, medical records, legal filings, or emergency information unrelated to FateForge.
3. Prompts, Reports, and History
To keep the experience continuous, we may store generated analyses, report context, and chat or history you can revisit so you can continue conversations, manage your analyses, and export or clear local content where available. When you are not signed in, some chart profiles and history mainly stay in the current browser’s localStorage; when you sign in, account, credit, and necessary service records are associated with your account.
Please keep prompts focused on FateForge analysis itself and avoid unrelated sensitive medical, legal, financial, identity, or emergency information. Do not submit another person’s personal data unless you have permission or another lawful basis.
4. How We Use Data
We use data for practical service purposes: generating charts, reports, and chat replies; preserving history and continuing conversations; processing billing, credits, refunds, and access; sending account-related service notices; helping users through support; preventing fraud, abuse, scraping, and payment abuse; monitoring analytics, performance, reliability, and AI cost; improving the product; and meeting legal, accounting, tax, security, and compliance obligations.
First-party funnel events include only event names and limited non-sensitive context (such as intent, module, and source)—not birth details, question text, reading text, or email.
5. Vendors and AI Processing
FateForge relies on trusted vendors so the app can authenticate users, process payments, generate AI replies, measure performance, send email, store data, host services, protect the platform, and provide support. These may include payment processors, large-model and AI infrastructure providers, login and identity providers (such as Auth0 / Google OAuth), email providers, databases, hosting, infrastructure, security, and support tools.
To generate outputs and keep the service reliable, relevant prompts, birth/chart data, report context, and usage data may be sent to AI providers when needed. FateForge is operated by Unvera LLC in the United States; information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where those vendors operate. Product behavior analytics uses first-party storage by default to understand traffic sources and funnel drop-off; birth details, question text, reading text, and email are not written into analytics events. Google Analytics is not enabled by default; if we enable it later, this page will be updated with consent controls first.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Security
We use cookies and similar technologies to support normal app functions such as signed-in state, preferences, referral attribution, security, analytics, performance, and operations. The app may also use localStorage or sessionStorage for theme preferences, birth profiles, some history, usage counters, temporary question prefill, and first-party product-analytics identifiers (anonymous visitor id and first-touch source). Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may remove local content.
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because there is no uniform industry standard, we do not currently respond to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. We protect data with TLS in transit, access controls, vendor security controls, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; browser-local data is not separately encrypted by FateForge and may be readable by anyone with access to the device and browser. Do not submit passwords, ID numbers, full payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Retention
We retain information while needed for the service or for legitimate operational, billing, security, tax, accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes. Account and billing-related data are usually kept while the account exists and for legally required periods. Local analyses and history remain until you delete them in available features, clear browser data, or request deletion. First-party raw behavior events are retained for about 90 days by default; aggregated metrics may be kept longer for operations unless deleted, aggregated, or anonymized.
8. Your Privacy Rights
You may request access, export, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@fateforge.me with the subject “Privacy and Data Request.” You may also export or clear local data through available product tools or browser settings. Local clear actions on the account page do not automatically close the account or delete server-side credits or necessary payment records; contact support for a fuller deletion request.
Some necessary records may be retained for billing, anti-fraud, accounting, tax, legal, security, or dispute-handling needs. We may need to verify your account identity first.
9. No Sale and Age Limit
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate, protect, support, or comply—including with vendors, legal authorities, payment networks, or professional advisors. FateForge is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Contact
Unvera LLC is responsible for this Privacy Policy. For privacy or data requests, email hello@fateforge.me with the subject “Privacy and Data Request.” Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
